Important Notice
EstimateQuote is a tool provider, not a quantity surveyor or engineering consultant. The contractor bears sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated quotes before submitting them to clients.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EstimateQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification.
2. Service Description
EstimateQuote provides an AI-powered quotation generation platform for contractors and businesses. The service includes AI-assisted Bill of Quantities generation, a personal rate library, client management, and branded PDF output. The platform is designed to assist users, not replace professional judgment.
2a. Free Plan & Advertising
The free plan of EstimateQuote is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the free plan, you agree that ads may be displayed within the application. Paid plans are ad-free. Disputes about specific ads served by third-party networks are governed by the policies of those networks; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, but we will act on reports of inappropriate ads on a best-effort basis.
3. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EstimateQuote for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Quote Accuracy & Responsibility
EstimateQuote generates quotations based on AI analysis and your rate library data. All generated quotes are suggestions and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before submission to clients. The contractor bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of quantities, rates, calculations, assumptions, and exclusions in every quotation sent to a client.
5. VAT & Tax Calculations
Any VAT or tax calculations provided by EstimateQuote are indicative only and should not be relied upon for tax compliance purposes. It is your responsibility to verify all tax calculations with a qualified tax professional or accountant before including them in client-facing documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimateQuote and its parent company Fetch Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost contracts, project losses, reputational damage, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including your rate library, client information, and generated quotes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EstimateQuote only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, use automated tools to scrape or extract data, share account credentials, or use the platform to generate fraudulent quotations.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request a full data export. After account closure, your data will be hard-deleted within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
